No Returns on Herbal Products

Due to the nature of our herbal products and for health, safety, and quality reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Once herbal products have been opened, used, or their seal has been broken, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Unopened Products

Returns may be accepted for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Please contact us before returning any unopened items.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used herbal products
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Subscription boxes (unless damaged or defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
